How We Build the Team
Every person at Vizible is hired on the basis of demonstrated results, not years of experience or the name of their previous employer. Before joining, candidates are asked to walk through a real campaign scenario in their area of specialisation. We are looking for the depth of their thinking, their familiarity with the actual tools, and whether they can explain a complex problem clearly to a non-technical client.
We do not hire generalists and expect them to figure out specialisations on the job. Every team member comes in with a specific discipline, and their ongoing certifications and platform training are a condition of their role. When Google or Meta introduces a significant algorithm change or platform update, we expect our specialists to understand it before it affects a client’s account.
